mario + amy // a New York Botanical Gardens Session

When Amy approached me, wanting to document her long-distance romance during Mario's visit to the US, I knew we needed a pretty amazing location.  After all, this was no ordinary session!  This was a goofy, happy-go-lucky couple who get to see each other only a few times a year - a field with wildflowers wasn't going to cut it for them. The New York Botanical Gardens hold a near and dear place in my heart - the Atrium building was engineered by my grandfather's company of his name: Fisher Skylights.  Even though I'm connected to this incredible garden oasis, I rarely get a chance to visit (it's kind of like Florida residents hardly ever going to Disney World…or never taking the Duck Tour in your home city).  So, when we were collaborating to come up with an extra special location for this session, it was the perfect opportunity for a visit! Now, without further blabbering explanation, here are some of my favorites from this amazing session!New York Botanical Garden EngagementNew York Botanical Garden EngagementNew York Botanical Garden EngagementNew York Botanical Garden EngagementNew York Botanical Garden EngagementNew York Botanical Garden EngagementNew York Botanical Garden EngagementNew York Botanical Garden EngagementNew York Botanical Garden EngagementNew York Botanical Garden EngagementNew York Botanical Garden EngagementNew York Botanical Garden EngagementNew York Botanical Garden EngagementNew York Botanical Garden EngagementNew York Botanical Garden EngagementNew York Botanical Garden EngagementNew York Botanical Garden EngagementNew York Botanical Garden EngagementNew York Botanical Garden EngagementNew York Botanical Garden Engagement
